In store purchases and sale items, are final sale.

Online purchases are eligible for store credit 7 days within the date of your delivery. You may return your purchase by mail or at our Yonkers, NY location. After we receive, inspect and approve your item(s), we will issue you your store credit. To accept the return, your item(s) must meet our criteria - no exceptions allowed:

Return Policy:

  • We must receive your return within 7 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Any returns sent after this period will be denied. 
  • Sale items, accessories, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
